Eesti Energia's 5 new smoke stacks in Estonia
Eesti Energia is the leading energy company in the Baltic States, and the largest oil shale company in the world, using for energy production approximately 15 million tons oil shale per year.
It provides 90% of total produced electric energy in Estonia and supplies whole Narva city with the heat.
Eesti Energia has done large investments to modernize the production and reduce the environmental impact.
Today they prepare 5 new smoke stacks for 8 energy blocks. Stone wool wired mats Orstech DP 80 and Orstech DP 100 will be used as thermal insulation for the stacks. New smoke stacks should be installed in October 2015.
