Tank insulation with TECH Crimped Rolls in Dordrecht, Netherlands

Standic Tank terminal in Dordrecht, The Netherlands, is expanding with 43 new tanks with special focus on chemical distribution. The tanks are built and insulated on three different locations. When ready the tanks will be transported to the terminal in Dordrecht.
The new tanks have a storage capacity of 36.000 m³:

• 20  x  500 m³  (stainless)
• 17  x 1000 m³ (stainless and mild steel)
• 6  x  1500 m³ (mild steel)

The tanks will be placed on tank pit 7 (see picture above). All the tanks are heatable and insulated. In total approximately 14.000m² of TECH Crimped Roll Alu1 100mm will be installed in this project. Approximately 8.000 were installed at the end of last year and the rest will be delivered in the period from May until August 2015.
