This new building has a unique design, being conceived as a superposition of boxes representing laboratories and grouped around a big vertical duct. ISOVER provided the construction site with 4 000 m² of CLIMAVER NETO, which answers the needs of this office building dedicated to biopharmacy.

In 2013, ISOVER participated to the construction of the Pelli-Cajasol Tower. With its 180 meters, this office tower is the tallest building in Andalusia and the seventh tallest skyscraper in Spain.

Formerly known as the Repsol Towers, ISOVER's CLIMAVER product line was chosen to insulate the HVAC systems of these impressive towers in Cuatro Torres Business Area in Madrid which contain the tallest skyscrapers in the city with a height of 250 m and 45 floors.

This office center is 93 meters high and was insulated with CLIMAVER NETO.

Cuatro Torres Business Area (CTBA) (Spanish for Four Towers Business Area) is a business park located in the Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid (Spain), on the former Ciudad Deportiva of Real Madrid. The complex was formerly known as Madrid Arena. The area contains the tallest skyscrapers in Madrid and Spain (Torre Espacio, Torre de Cristal, Torre Sacyr Vallehermoso and Torre Caja Madrid). The construction of the buildings finished in 2008.
